EARS

8.6.76 - No longer recreates the Ward or Division list every time you startup the program (by request) 

8.6.75 - Email fixes - No longer opens new instance of Outlook for each email in a mass email and also properly auto-sends them all.

Please upgrade all users around your constituency to the latest version before you pass data around. After v8.4 the control file was converted to a new format. This is not compatible with v8.3. New Vista compatible Help files are included and Office 2007 is supported.

Casework

New Helpfiles added on June 6th.

v2.40 - added cosmetic changes to imrpved screen feedback when updating to a 2008 register. NETWORK OR SINGLE USER VERSIONs are available now to download as an upgrade to an existing v2.2 Casework program.

The latest change to Casework (Jan 2nd 2008) ensures that the Caselist printout also works properly when you filter by text instead of by keyword.

HandS

Hands v2.54 copes with backup filenames with suffixes (eg 20-06-08a.zip) and 2.53 contains 2 important bug fixes (for emailing and report creation). Please download this version now.

This version also handles new email and mobile phone fields now included in your monthly member update files from Cowley St. 

Hands produces changes.txt file already. We are now creating a "stop and ask" validation method of importing Cowley St data (for the next version).

eCanvass 

v2 was upgraded in April to speed up your telephone canvassing of target seats! Its FREE for all Liberal Democrat Members and works faster than v1.

New Mosaic, Council Tax and Culture, Ethnicity and Language data

Updated Mosaic data (by household), new format Age data and CEL data is now available at a cost of £24.00 inc VAT.
